Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

5. A statement that the complainant believes the material is used without authorization;

Section 17 USC §512(f) imposes damage penalties against those who misrepresent information in an infringement claim under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you’ve received a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification must include:

1. Your signature;
2. A description of the removed material and its original location;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy by keeping track of notices and identifying repeat infringers. Violators of our policy will have their accounts terminated.
